Robert Lewis White, 63, of Jefferson City, MO passed away May 10, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 15th at the Second Baptist Church in Jefferson City with the Rev. Lard Andrews officiating. Robert was born on October 2, 1946 in St. Louis to Wallace and Isabella (Ivy) White. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna White of the home; one son, Chad White of Jefferson City; one brother, Virgil Deanes of Denver, CO; two sisters, Ann White and Dorothy Jones both of St. Louis; two granddaughters; Courtney and Alissa White both of Jefferson City, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society; 2413 Hyde Park Road; Jefferson City, MO 65109.
Bob was a wonderful neighbor and father. I still smile at stories Chad told me about bringing home stray dogs and trying to hide them from Bob. He also shared that Bob was very patient working with him and the aquariums.

It has been my pleasure and privilege to have helped Robert for so many years. He has always been such a kind gentleman that carried himself with dignity and compassion. Our sympathies and prayers are extended to you, Donna.

Martha, Coleen and Levert may not have been expecting Robert but you can bet the homegoing paty is still going behind the pearly gates! I just hope Coleen didn’t make tripe.
Donna & Chad, I am so sorry to hear about Rock. I will always remember him as the kind & gentle manager that he was. I will remember the visits that I had with him in his office, but mostly, I will miss his smile when we talked about family. He was a great man and will be truly missed by many. May God be a comfort to you and your family during this time.
