Robert P. Soto, 90, Kansas City, Missouri passed away December 25, 2020. A private military burial will take place at Leavenworth National Cemetery, in Leavenworth, KS. Memorial services are pending and will be announced later. Mr. Soto was born April 29, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri to Claudius and Nora (Allen) Soto.
