Robert Treese

Robert Gene “Bob” Treese Sr., 62, of Independence, Missouri passed away peacefully on September 17, 2017. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at 12:00 pm with military honors to follow with a visitation starting at 11:00 am at  Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri.

Robert was a navy veteran and spent time as a laborer in the maintenance industry for Flying J. You can say a lot of things about Bob, but he was a fighter and always bounced back when the doctors counted him out! He loved to BBQ and spend time with his family especially his grandchildren.

He will be joining his parents Clarence and Pauline “Hicks” Treese, two brothers George and James, as well as brother-in-law Ronald.

He leaves behind his wife Marguerite “Peggy,” ten children; Jennifer (Jason) Orme, Robert, Jr. (Cherie), Brandy (Randy) Walby, Sasha (Jacob) Burke, Laura (Jason) Galloway, Danielle (Alberto) Medina, Amanda (Major) Black, Ryan (Jennifer) Burke, Deidra (Wayne) Burke, Jessica Treese, 21 grandchildren; Whitney, Rachel, Taylor, Tyler, Skyler, Raven, Elena, Veronica, AJ, Ryan, Clinton, Aryana, Brayden, Gage, Gracie Leigh, Michael, Vincent, Jaxson, Ethan, Shay, and Evan, four sisters; Patricia (Harry) Burch, Sandra Bradley, Rebecca (Peter) Sirna, and Paula Treese; and two brothers Gary and Larry Treese.
