Roger Dale Brooks, 65, of Columbia passed away March 22, 2014 at the University Hospital and Clinics. Brooks was born on January 3, 1949 in Williamson, WV to Russell and Viola (Ball) Brooks. Roger proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Roger is survived by many loving friends and family members.
