Rose Marie Wood, 79, of Columbia passed away October 31, 2016 at Boone Hospital Center. No services are scheduled. Rose was born on March 9, 1937 in Wolf Point, MT to Martin and Hazel (Douglas) Beauchene. Rose was an active member of Parkade Baptist Church. She is survived by her son; James, her daughter; Lisa (Ray) as well as two grandchildren and many loving friends.

Rosie will be missed by all of us. While working in Stanley Hall at UMC, Rosie made many friends and shared her love of her family–especially her two grandsons. To each of them, I send heartfelt sympathy for the loss of this very nice lady.
I wanted you to know I cared about all of you very much. It is never easy to let them go. Please know you have my heartfelt condolences.
