Rudolph Ho Chee

Rudolph Meki Ho Chee, 54, of Independence, Missouri passed away on June 10, 2020. He was born on November 9, 1965, in Pago Pago, American Samoa and was the son of Tom and Musamoa Ho Chee.

Rudolph was a very simple man. He worked, served, and always came home to his family. He had a compassionate heart, that brought light and laughter to any situation. He served in the United States Army and his service played a very important role in his life. Always, he would teach his children the value of hard work. To treat others, no matter the rank, title, or personhood, with kindness and respect. He was always in good spirits, unless you touched the thermostat in the house or changed the channel when the KC Chiefs were playing.

He is survived by the love of his life, Vera Ho Chee of 32 years, daughters Vini, Musamoa, and Fa’atuai Ho Chee, and sons, Rudolph, Murphy, Kishon, and Konrad Ho Chee. Rudolph was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend to everyone.

Memorial services for Rudolph Ho Chee will be held at 9:30 AM, Friday, June 19, 2020 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 94131. A private burial will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery on 20109 Bus, MO-13, Higginsville, MO 64037. Live streaming of the memorial service may be viewed by clicking the following link: RUDOLPH HO CHEE LIVE STREAMING LINK

Serving as pallbearers will be Vini, Murphy, Musamoa, Kishon, Konrad, and Fa’atuai Ho Chee.

I am so sorry to hear of Rudolph’s passing. Sis..ia e lototele mo si au fanau I lenei taimi faigata. Vera o oe o le tagata faatuatua I le Atua ma e talitonu o lo o faatasi mai pea le Atua mo I tatou I o tatou taimi faigata. God will never forsake us at our times of need & just be strong Rudolph is there with you placed in your heart sis. You are so blessed you had such a wonderful soul to share life with but we knew that one day God will separate you and take him back into His loving arms..yeah life is so cruel but we’ve got to have faith sis God needs angels to guide us here in this earthly plain. So be strong and be happy for him that he is in a better place watching over you all whilst you also fight to continue both your legacies caring for your family. He is at peace even though he left before saying goodbye but maybe it was the only better way God knew it was the right time. So cheer up my little sister our prayers & thoughts are with you all and especially for Rudolph’s soul. Ia manuia le malaga a Rudolph ma ia faatasi pea le Atua mo oe ma le fanau. Alolofa atu uso???
