Scott Farrell Stewart

Scott Farrell Stewart, 38, of Independence, MO passed away April 20, 2025. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO from 10am-12pm and burial following at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Independence, MO. 

Mr. Stewart was born January 14, 1987 in Orange County, CA.

When he was younger, he played pop warner football and queen city baseball. He enjoyed fishing and skating. Scott was very involved in his recovery community and could light up any room he was in. He loved to play with his son, Felix. 

He was preceded in death by: father, Stevens Stewart; mother, Toni Winslow; brother, Luke Stewart; grandmother, Judy Koch; grandfather, Rondell Stewart. 

Survivors: brothers, Kelly Stewart and Stevens Stewart Jr.; sisters, Taylor Stewart and Melony Stewart; children, Beau, Roxie, Renae, and Felix Stewart; step-mother, Karen Stewart; nieces, Mariah, Emily, Winter, and Arrow Stewart; and a lot of friends.

    Scotty, man another good one. This isn’t fair it was way too soon for a guy with a heart of gold. I send my condolences to your family and friends.     My deepest condolences to the Stewart family. Scotty was my friend I loved him and his presence will be missed. It’s so hard to fill the hole left at abscense of one that’s been a part of your life for years. I will lift the Stewart family up in prayer/ may the God of all peace comfort you in your time of greiving.
