Sheila – Thank you for always being there for me during my breast cancer treatment and the years following. Thank you for listening to me, encouraging me, and mostly, for inspiring me. I’m don’t think I told you often enough how much you meant to me and to so many others.
Godspeed, my friend.

Isaiah 40:31 –
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Friends for 30 years…but it wasn’t long enough. Your love, listening, kindness, unforgettable laugh, smile, encouragement, intelligence, and friendship are only a few of the things I love about you. I wouldn’t be who I am today without you in my life. I will never stop thinking, remembering or loving you.
Mike, Brian & Aaron…I have had the very great pleasure of knowing and working with Sheila for several years. She was an absolute joy to be around, and an inspiration for us all. She always had a smile on her face, and usually something funny to say. You would have never known there was anything in the world wrong. She carried herself with class, dignity, and humor throughout her struggle. We will all miss her terribly. I know this is probably the most difficult time you have faced in your lives. Find comfort in knowing that your wife mom’s pain is gone, and that she is at peace, living in God’s house now. Take care, and God Bless.
I have known Sheila only a short time, but in that time she became a great mentor and boss to me. I will miss her deary and wish she were here now, but I know she must be in a better place and hope that someday I’ll get to see her again. Mike my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you endure this hardship.
To Sheila’s family, you are in my heart and prayers. All of us who are fortunate enough to know Sheila are blessed to have met a PHENOMENAL woman. Sheila is my hero and my lasting memory will be a woman who always seemed to be smiling or laughing and living life with passion. I will miss her but am glad God blessed me with even 1 day of her friendship. Until me meet again sweet Sheila – our guradian angel and shining star.

Mike,
We remember years ago we’d always ask,”are you seeing anyone special”. Your reply was always, “no”. And then years later, to our suprise, you brought home Sheila and announced, “we’re getting married”. We were so happy that you finally find that special someone to share your life with. You and Sheila had so much in common and lived your lives to the fullest of each day.Sheila was a very strong person who had a smile for everyone. Sheila was a caring mother and a loving wife. You two have shared a lot of happy memories together and as long as you keep those in your heart, she will always be with you, in mind, body, and soul.
Shelia was a true friend and blessing in my life. May God give the entire family peace and comfort. ~Mattew 5:4~ 4’Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Mike,
I was very glad to meet Sheila, even though it was only a couple of times. I coud see how happy she made you! Jason and I are thinking about and praying for you and your families.
Mike and family. My thoughts are with you. Sheila fought so hard and kept up her amazing positive attitude the whole time. I really enjoyed getting to know her over the past 10 years. I’ll always remember our KUMU rivaly moments and I’m sure she will somehow continue to give me a hard time when the Tigers beat the Jayhawks.
Mike, Brian, Aaron, and Mary, you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sheila was such an amazing person in so many ways and I feel so fortunate to have had her part of my life. I will always treasure our times together and remember her great sense of humor, her contagious laugh, and the kind and caring person she was. Sheila’s postive attitude toward life and fighting her cancer was absolutely amazing and will continue to be an inspiration to me as well as everyone’s life she touched. I truly miss her, yet I know one day we will be together again. Tara
Mike, Brian & Aaron – I don’t know how many times I told Sheila she was my inspiration. Not only was she one of the best managers I ever had, but her strength inspired me to be a better person. Even with all she was going through there were many times when I’d hear her in her cube laughing. She was a great joy to be around. Every time I think of her and her wonderful attitude I strive be a better person. I’m sure I’m not the only one that will be forever changed for having known her. She leaves a wonderful legacy of inspiration to many of us.
We are especially missing you today. We remember all those wonderful Thanksgiving gatherings, especially in your new home. We give thanks for all the precious years we had together, even though our hearts ache for more. Love always, Jeff, Bev, Garrett and Alicia
I cannot tell you the sorrow that fills my heart. Sheila always has and always will be in my thoughts. We shared a wonderful time in our lives together that I will always treasure. I will fondly remember the entire Buster family and the times we shared.
Sincerely, Stacie
I cannot believe it has been two years since you went to heaven. Somehow we are all doing pretty well. Aaron has one more semester of undergrad before going to pharmacy school. Brian recently got a promotion and has really started to mature. A day never goes by that you are not thought about. The walk is this weekend. Our team numbers are down but we are still striving for a cure. I love you honey.
