Shelly R Hill, 54, Raytown, Missouri passed away unexpectedly at home, October 9, 2015. A memorial gathering will be held 6:00 –
8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri.
Shelly was a cosmetologist at Elliot Place for many years, where she loved and was loved by many of her senior adult friends. Even though she didn’t have her own children, she will be remembered for her fond love of her nieces and nephews. Her family was very important to her. Some may remember her from her years as a bartender.
Shelly is preceded in death by: father, Bruce Webb and step father, Jess “Sonny” Gilliland. Survivors include: mother, Lois Gilliland, Raytown, Missouri; brother & husband; Jeff Webb & Bob Bozada, St. Charles, Missouri; brothers and sisters in law; Steve & Jocelyne Webb, Raytown, Missouri, Bruce & Jeanette Webb,San Pedro, California; sister, Karen Gilliland-Muncy & Ishmael Lopez, Raytown, Missouri;step brother & wife: Mark & Vickie Gilliland, Lee’s Summit, Missouri; loving boyfriend of eight years, Tony Harter, Raytown, Missouri; close friend, Kathy Ray & Allyn Vise, St. Charles, Missouri; many nieces and nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, your prayers and cards are appreciated.
A short life that meant SO much to SO many!
May she shine upon all whose life’s she touched and may gentle memories be what puts the smile on your face and a song in your heart.
You WILL meet again with two sets of arms outstretched…….Shelly and God’s!!!!

I am so sorry to hear this. I remember her well from highschool. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
Shelly was a wonderful classmate. Very well known for her beautiful smile. My God bless her and her family and friends and thoughts and prayers as well.

So sorry to hear of her passing. I went to cosmetology school with her. She was a very sweet bubbly girl.
