Sherry Miles passed away on August 31, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Kansas City. She was born in Cando, North Dakota where she was raised. As an adult she moved to Wenatchee, Washington where she spent most of her life before moving to Kansas City to be with her family. She is survived by her son, Kevin and three grandchildren, Kara, Nicholas, and Matthew. She was a kind and caring person who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Private family services will be held.

She went to school in Wahpeton ND after graduation… Best friends with Leatrice Kranig, Judy Nelson, Bev King, Carolee Gilchrist…. Several of Sherrys friendsclassmates have been searching for her for several years. Her obituary was mailed to Cando ND, by a former Cando person who didn’t know Sherry, but that is how we learned of her death.. Please, as classmates, myself, Leatrice Kranig Whitley, Sharon Lipp Roberts, Carolee Gilchrist Rusinski, Beverly King Parker, have all been trying to contact her. We all have pictures we would like to share with you, we have fond memories of growing up with Carol Sharon Mooney, which was her given name., raised by gparents Art and Flossie Mooney, many good memories..
