Stephan Lamont Phillips (Putt) 53, passed away on April 18,2026 at home in Kansas City MO. Stephan was born April 03, 1973 to the union of Robert L. Phillips and Bertha M. Phillips. Stephan was raised in Kansas City MO attending Kansas City MO public schools. Stephan was mister fix it you call he came and if he didn’t know he would figure it out. Stephan is proceeded in Death by his parents, older brother Carlus Phillips, and cousin/best friend Anthony Hancock.
Stephan was preceded in death by Bertha M. Phillips (mother) Robert L. Phillips (father) Carlus Phillips (brother), Anthony Hancock ( cousin/best friend). He is survived by Children- Chephan L. Phillips- Collins (daughter), Stephan L. Phillips Jr. (son), Shiaya L. Phillips ( daughter), Sianna L. Phillips ( daughter), Cheyenne L. Phillips (daughter),Steven L. Phillips (son), Shane L. Phillips (son), Aidan M. Phillips (son), Alexander L. Phillips (son), and Ace D. Phillips (son) , Cherrell A.M Collins(granddaughter), Te’Aona R. Collins (granddaughter), Siblings- Robert Gordon, Brenda Porter(Richard), Robert Phillips Jr., Hope Phillips, Robin Hudson, Terry Phillips (Yartta), Lashonda Qualls, and Juanomanski Qualls(Nona), Wendy Phillips (Wife), a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial will be held on May 9, 2026 at New Beginning Apostolic Church, Kansas City Kansas City MO beginning at 01:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Jim’s Disposal Moods Professional Salon Just Like Family Child Care Home LLC family.
