Steven Quin Cloutier, 48, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on February 17, 2020 from cancer. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Cloutier was born on August 19, 1971 in Riverside, California.
Steven departed the Air Force an an E4 Senior Airman. He was an over the road driver for Roehl Trucking. He was presently employed at the VA Medical Center as a Program Support Assistant “Extraordinaire.”
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Survivors include his parents, siblings, many uncles, aunts, cousins, loving friends, daughter Christabella and son Steven.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Kansas City VA Medical Center and Vitas Healthcare of Kansas City.

Steven, I treasured the time God gave us this past year. It wasn’t near enough time and I miss you terribly but our separation will be temporary and we will be reunited!! I will probably check my email every day looking for yours. Rest in Peace Lil Bro!! Your Big Sis I’m sending a hug to you as well, Love you!!
I’m so very sorry we lost touch and I didn’t know you were suffering. I would’ve given everything to have been with you. I pray you and Sandy are together. I grieve and miss you both so very much every minute of everyday. You both are my precious Angel’s. I love you both forever always, Mom.
