Our condolences to Steve’s family. We have many memories of spending time with Steve in the early eighties before the passing of Jack Shull. Steve was helpful to our family and we shared funny stories and he helped to lift our spirits after our loss.

I met Steve on a trip he took to Europe in 2016 and we had kept in touch since then, I thought he was a wonderful chap and much enjoyed the conversations we had and emails we exchanged in the time since then.
I was very sorry to learn that he had departed this life and I would like to offer my condolences to his family at his passing.

We too met Steve on the trip to Latvia and Poland in 2016. We shared lots of laughs and found that we were very much on the same wavelength on a lot of subjects. Justin and Steve bonded right away and became firm friends. Steve was our guest for a few days in November 2017 for our annual “Guy Fawkes Bonfire.” Over 200 turned up for the event and Steve was the guest who had come the greatest distance so he lit the fire. We had a great time playing with fire and fireworks. Steve was truly a ‘good bloke.’ What a crying shame he has gone.
