Steven Ray Keeton

Steven Ray Keeton (affectionaltely know as Hippie), 67, Raytown Mo passed away peacefully at his home on June 9, 2020. A remembrance will be held at 10:30am to 12:00pm, Saturday, June 13th, at Heartland, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Mo. 64133. Wishing to spend eternity among the outdoors, his ashes will be spread at a later date at a favorite camping location.

Steve was born April 16, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri to Millard Ray and Erma Keeton. He went on to graduate from Raytown High School. Shortly after High School he started his career at Ford Motor Company where he worked until his retirement. Steve was always a lover of the outdoors. He loved everything from hunting, fishing and camping. He loved watching the Chiefs and Royals and was an avid reader.

Steve was preceded in death by his wife Camille, his parents and son-in-law Steve Faulkenberry. He is survived by his 2 daughters Suzie (Vick) and Michelle. Special Friend/Mother of his 2 daughters Vicki. Two sisters, Sheila and Carol (Rick). Grandkids Mandy (Andrew), Stephanie (Ramiro), Colin & Mia. Great Grandkids Adam, Derek, Lucy & Maggie. Uncle CB and Aunt Margie, nephew Josh, niece Crystal and loving cousins.
