Steven Russell Osborn, 64, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2008 at his home in New Franklin. Services for Mr. Osborn will be held Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the American Legion Post #202, 600 S. Legion Lane, Columbia, MO from 2-6pm. Steven was born on November 24, 1943 in Camdenton, MO. He was the son of Russell E. and Virginia M. Phillips Osborn, both of who preceded him in death. He was married on July 15, 1985 in Columbia to Lois Ann Moon, who survives of the home. Mr. Osborn was a graduate of Camdenton High School in 1961 and attended college in Springfield. He was a retired member of Sheetmetal Workers Union Local 36 and employed by Hulett Heating for 35 years in Columbia. Steven was a passionate street rodder, with a love for old cars all of his life. He was a member of member of numerous such organizations: Old Wheels of Columbia, NSRA, Good Guys and H.A.M.B. Survivors include 3 sons, Scott Osborn of Jefferson City, Jack Osborn and wife, Mary, of Springfield, and Russell Wagner and wife, Michelle, of Jamestown; 3 daughters, Sally Rodriguez of Washington State, Tricia Milner and husband, Adam, and Nicole Mills both of the Kansas City area; as well as 13 grandchildren and 2 great grand children. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mike Osborn. Contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.

I want to extend my sincerest sympathy from all Steve’s old deer hunting buddies in Osage county and Jeff City.
He will be missed greatly!!
