Sylvia Jean Maxey, 35, Kansas City, MO, passed away December 18, 2005 at home. A memorial mass will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5106 Saint John Ave., KCMO. Sylvia was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harold and Gretchen Maxey; maternal grandfather, Donald Holle and father, Darrell Maxey. She is survived by her maternal grandmother, Billie Holle; mother, Cheryl Holle; stepfather, Chris Canzoneri: daughters, Heather Hogue and Carrie Cox; brothers, Andrew Maxey, Christopher Canzoneri, Donald Canzoneri and their spouses and children; sister, Marguerite Garozzo, Heather Canzoneri, Juanita Mansfield and their spouses and children and many other aunts, uncles and friends. Sylvia’ family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at St. Luke’s Hospice & Home Health, St. Luke’s Hospital and Truman Medical Center for their dedicated care and support during Sylvia’ illness.
