Terry Smith, 58, Kansas City, Mo passed away Sept. 12, 2013. Mr. Smith was born September 19, 1954 in Louisville, Ky. A visitation will be held at Heartland Cremation, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Mo 64133 at 2 PM, Tuesday Sept. 17, 2013, with a memorial service to follow at 3 PM. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Robert Smith, and a nephew Zach Smith. He is survived by his mother, Eulene Zizmer, brothers: Stan, Ron, and Brian Smith, children: Tyler and Allison Smith and a granddaughter Senna Swift.
