Theodore R. Helmer, 91, Waverly, MO passed away May 7, 2011 at Missouri Veteran’s Home in Warrensburg, MO. He was born April 3, 1920 in Chicago, IL to Theodore and Clara Helmer. Theodore was a US Army Veteran. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Cremation will take place. Services have been planned for a later date.
