Theresa Munzuris, 78, went to be with The Lord September 8, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, September 11, 2015 at Blue Springs Cemetery, Blue Springs, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 900 NW 22nd St, Blue Springs, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
Theresa was born July 17, 1937 in Bevere, Missouri. She will be remembered for her love and commitment to her faith in God, her church and her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Theresa was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church, Blue Springs, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by; parents; husband 0f 55 years, Ron Munzuris and daughter, Becky Witt. Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law, Rocky & Rose Munzuris, Grain Valley, Missouri; daughter & son-in-law, Brenda & Pete Holler, Blue Springs, Missouri, daughter & son-in-law, Angie & Brian Hodges, Grain Valley, Missouri; grandchildren, Kim Wieduwilt, Rocky Munzuris, Bekki Wasem and Korbin Munzuris; five great grandchildren; brothers, Don Bischof, Kansas City, Missouri & Tom Bischof, Kingsville, Missouri; brother-in-law, Mike Munzuris, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her best friend, Charlotte Steele as well as many family and friends who loved and will remember her.
What a wonderful Christian Lady, a privilege to have known for the last 30+ years. I can hear Jesus say, ” Well done my faithful servant, you have run the race and fought the fight. Welcome to Eternity. Your rewards are great.” Enjoy Heaven, we will meet again, until then, rest in the arms of Jesus. You will be missed greatly!! You were loved by many!
I’m sorry sorry for your loss. I no what your going through I lost my mom at only 50 years old. You got to enjoy a few more years with your mom. Sending a prayer your way. Take care.
