Thomas Eugene Andrews, 76, Kansas City, Missouri passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home in the company of his family. A military service will be held at Missouri State Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri, 20109 Business Highway 13, Higginsville, Mo on March 9, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
Tom was born March 16, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to father, Elmer Andrews and mother, Leota Andrews. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1958-1962. Tom is survived by his wife of 33 years, Phyllis Mary Andrews, son Lenny Andrews, son Lynard Mossman, son Todd Mossman, 10 grandchildren, one great grandchild, a sister Bonnie Haynes, a brother Jim Andrews, nieces, nephews, and many adoring friends. The family wishes to thank Toms friends and loved ones for their continuing support during Tom’s illness. Tom was a witty, thoughtful and humorous man, and will be loved and greatly missed by so many.
