Thomas Hardwicke Goin, 81, of Independence, Missouri passed away December 15, 2018 at home from natural causes. Mr. Goin was born in January 16, 1937 in Rolla, Missouri.

Thomas was a devoted husband and father whose passions involved working on and driving old cars and motorcycles, providing for his family and being an active member in car clubs. Tom was an American classic and will be greatly missed by all his loved ones. Rest in peace.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother and sister.

Survivors include his wife Jeannie Goin, son Robert Goin, daughter Shari Adamson, and granddaughter Miranda Unwin.

    So sorry to hear of Uncle Tom’s passing. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. I always remember when I was a kid thinking he was the tallest man I ever saw.

    Dear Brother,
    As a baby, you taught me my first word “motor” in celebration of your love for vehicles of all kinds. Although Mom wasn’t too pleased and would have rather heard “mama” I’m sure she forgave you.
