I spent a good portion of my life with Tom and he provided much laughter, excitement and challenges. He enriched my life by helping me with so many projects and teaching me so that I could competently do many DIY projects around the farm myself. He played an important part in my life and I will miss him.

Prayers of comfort to all the Thissen family, friends and and associates of Tom’s. He will be missed by many.

We were friends and neighbors for a couple of years in Texas. Many fond memories I have of that time. He had an infectious, upbeat attitude and persistent laugh. I’m filled with gratitude having to know Tom.

Tom, you never said you were leaving. You never said Goodbye. You were gone before we knew it and only God knows why. In life, I loved you, always. In death, I love you still. In my heart, I hold a place that only you can fill. It broke my heart to lose you. But you didn’t go alone. A part of me went with you the day God took you home. Godspeed, Tamara
