Thomas J. Sifuentes passed away in his home on the 28th of July, 2016 in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 58. Visitation will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, August 4, 2016 with the Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 P.M. at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri.
Thomas is survived by his parents, Thomas J. Sifuentes Senior and Belinda Sifuentes his siblings; Mark Sifuentes, Wendy Chavez, Sienna Sifuentes, and Kimberly Howard, his children; Lucas Sifuentes, Desirree McDonough, April Marshall, and Christopher Sifuentes. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Hook.
Thomas was born on February 22, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri. He worked at Fox 4 News for 40 years as a photojournalist. He loved to fish, enjoyed gardening, and was an avid Kansas City sports fan.
He will be greatly missed by all.

Jim and I are so, so very sorry to hear of Tommy’s passing. He was an amazing man and always a geniune friend. We will miss him terribly. Praying for the family now and in the future.

My prayers are with Tommy and his family. I worked with him for 12 years and he was a joy to work with.

Thomas was my mom’s step brother. I never met him but I have definitely heard of him by all of his family. For all the prayers, thank you.
