Tiffany Ann Escabar-Hernandez

Tiffany Ann Escabar-Hernandez, age 38, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City Medical Plaza.

Ms. Escabar-Hernandez was born on October 11th, 1982 in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Tiffany was a creative and bright spirit, always working on her next project that was full of originality. Her love for animals was immense and she was always finding new tricks to teach her closest companions. You could always have a meaningful yet humorous conversation with her, creating joy in every exchange. Something that Tiffany will always be remembered for is the compassion she radiated for those she loved. Tiffany had an ongoing battle with Polycystic Kidney Disease for the majority of her life, fighting every step of the way. Despite all of her battles, she was by far the strongest warrior that her family and friends had endured. Tiffany truly lived her life to the fullest by remaining a kid at her core; from never losing a battle in her favorite games to judging the winner of our family Gingerbread Contests, these playful memories will never be neglected. Tiffany left each and every one of us with memories to cherish, leaving an impression on each of our hearts. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Survivors include: daughter, Madison Fritz; mother, Janet Coy; father, Charles Coy; sister, Christina Sheehan; sister, Lindsey Perkins; nieces, Paige Sheehan and Allie Sheehan; nephews, Jackson Sheehan and Sawyer Perkins; great niece, Elena Sheehan; and dog mom of Wrigley and Hazel Fritz. She was preceded in death by: biological father, Kevin Fritz.

I’m so sorry I can’t believe what I was reading. She was such a big part when we were younger and had such a personality it could be a long time seeing her and it was like no time had past. I love you all very much please do hesitate if you need anything. Going through times little things can seem overwhelming. I love you like my second family just like when we were younger. She will be missed greatly. Love ?? you
