Timothy Ray Vaughn

Timothy Ray Vaughn (66) passed away on August 25th at the VA Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a hero in all of our lives after a long fight with cancer. His saying was ” I am not sick, I just have cancer”. Among is favorite pastimes was gardening, competition horseshoes, and competition coon hunting. He leaves behind his wife of the home, children, grandchildren, and three brothers. He will be missed by his family and friends. We love you! This is not a goodbye, it’s until we meet again.
Celebration of his life will be September 12th, 2015 at his home in Knob Noster, Missouri.The celebration will begin at 11:00 a.m.with Military Honors.

    My heart and my love goes out to the Vaughn and the Williams families – I will miss seeing Tim when I visit his family. It bears on my heart because
    I know all too well what his wife and his children are going through. I love you Lesa and I love your children, my prayers are with you at this time even though I can’t be.

    Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I love the picture ! I never knew Tim before he got sick. I’m so glad I got this little glimpse of him before he had cancer.

    Tim was and always will be a good friend. He was always there with knowledge and willing to help however he could. I enjoyed the bunkhouse hunts. The bluetick world will miss you.
