My husband and I served with Todd in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Todd worked for my husband. Todd’s sense of humor, stories and endless pranks caused several (water fight) breaks during some of the hot days for the small shop of 6 guys who worked on the ground equipment. Of course Todd being the smallest got the worst end and was usually soaked within seconds. When it was over he would stand out in the sun smiling enjoying a smoke knowing that he would be dry before his smoke was gone. Todd was a great guy with an awesome sense of humor and GREAT love for his kids. He received the Expert Mechanics Badge for his commentment to his job while in Kuwait. He was a great guy and he will be sorely missed. Respectfully, Kurt & Amy Kipper
