Todd Patrick Black, 57, of Raytown, MO passed away May 13th, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles, step father Glenn and the best dog ever, Bob Barker. Todd is survived by his mother Judith, brother Dennis, former spouse Susan, and children Kenneth, Colton, and Raven.
Todd was born October 21st 1963 in Smithville, MO. He graduated from Hickman Mills High School in 1982 and then joined the Army. After he left the service he worked hard to become a journeyman electrician with local 124. In his 40 years as an electrician he travelled all over the country working on everything from laboratories to stadiums.
He was very passionate about music, both listening to it and playing it on his guitar. He loved to go fishing and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play. His favorite place to grab a drink was The Irish Pub House in Raytown, MO.
Memorial services will be held from 10am to 12pm on Friday May 21st, 2021 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society in Raytown, MO. He will be laid to rest at a future date at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.

My memories of Todd are old, but very vivid. I loved him, and the world is a sadder place without him in it.
