Valencia K. Shamp, 59, of Independence, Missouri passed away May 10, 2017 at home. Ms. Shamp was born December 26, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas.
Survivors include her son Brian Green and fiance Candy Dell and three grandchildren; Brandon, Alyssa, and Chase.
