Valerie Lorraine Drapeau, 48, of Kansas City, MO passed away February 6, 2019. Ms. A visitation will be held at 11:30 Monday, February 11, 2019 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133. A graveside will be held at 1:00pm, Monday February 11, 2019 at Park Lawn Cemetery, Independence, MO.

Drapeau was born January 29, 1971 in Winnebago, NE. She graduated from Flandreau, Indian School in 1989. Valerie served in the military for a short period of time. She received many certificates for trade schools. She was preceded in death by brothers, Jerome E Drapeau and Gerald G Mace Jr. Survivors include mother Marilyn Mace, stepfather Gerald Mace Sr, sisters Regina Horn and Roberta Horn, brother Michael Mace, multiple nieces and nephews and cousins.
