Valerie Lynn Troutz, 61, of Independence, Missouri passed away April 29, 2019 at Research Medical Center from a brain aneurysm. A private celebration of life will be held from 2:00-4:00pm Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133. Ms. Troutz was born November 29, 1957 in Independence, Missouri.
