Virginia Ryan, 68, Belton, MO went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2012. Virginia was born, June 20, 1943 in Kansas City, MO to Alvin Lamont and Doris Virginia (Smith) Crawford. She graduated from Ruskin High School in 1961 and went on to attend KU for 2 years. She was the proud owner of Little Lamb Pre-School in Wichita, KS. Virginia was very active in the AKC and Poodle Club. She also enjoyed ceramics, sewing and many other hobbies.
Virginia was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Lamont Crawford.
She leaves behind her mother, Doris V. Crawford Schaefer of Stover, MO, her sons; Mark Allan Ryan of Kansas City, MO and Scott Matthew Ryan (Rhonda) of Wichita, KS, 4 grandchildren; Xavier, Lexi, Amanda and Kayla Ryan, 2 sisters; Carol Ann Jenkins (Mark) of Medford, OR, and Jane Louise McCall (Charles) of Savage, MN, and 2 nieces; Tammy and Shannon Riker, both of Medford, OR.
There will be a graveside service at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Englewood Cemetery, Highway 7, Clinton, MO
