Wallace Luverne Estebo, 77, Belton, MO, passed away June 26, 2005. Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 11 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Home, 1003 Cedar St., Belton, MO. Burial will be held at a later date in Rake, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beautiful Savior. Wallace was born August 16, 1927, in Rake, IA, to John and Hilda Estebo. As a young man, he was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Rake, IA. Wallace worked on the ore boats in the Great Lakes for a few years when he was young. He later retired after working for Ford Motor Co. He was a member of Ararat Shrine. He was preceded in death by parents, five brothers, and two sisters. Wallace is survived by sister Madeline Satre, Bricelyn, MN; brothers Vernon Estebo, Raytown, MO, Harvey Estebo, Waukon, IA; and three children.
