Preston was a wonderful man…always the gentleman. I so enjoyed working with him. His positive outlook in all aspects of his life was truly an inspiration. He was a true friend and an endless supply of encouragement and support. I am sorry for your loss. He will be sorely missed.

Although I only knew Preston for a very short time when I began working with him last September, I feel privileged to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as you persevere through this difficult time. May God bless and keep you.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
I worked with Preston at The Outsource Group, and was deeply saddened when I learned about Preston’s passing. He was a great man.

Deepest sympathies to you all as you go through this time. May God grant you comfort. I enjoyed the time I worked with Preston. He was always fun to talk to. He had a great work ethic and was always kind. You never felt stupid asking him a question (and I’m pretty stupid when it comes to computers). I’ll never forget the Halloween he dressed up as a Conehead. Priceless.

Preston was a larger than life man, a good friend and wonderful coworker. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family.

I had the pleasure of working and being friends with Preston for many years. His conversations, jokes and significant skills will be missed by all who knew him.

Preston was such a great person. He was my sub-in dad when my father was too busy at work. He would read my high school and college papers and give me pointers on improving them. He was easy to talk to and always had good advice. My father appreciated his work ethic, his “computer” brain and his fun-loving nature. He will be genuinely missed. My thoughts and prayers go to his family.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Preston was an amazing man. His smile and optimistic demeanor was extremely contagious. The amount of loyalty, dedication, passion, patience and selflessness he possessed and expressed in life was truly inspiring.

I enjoyed his fun stories of life lessons and the way he would thoroughly explain the technical functionality of a process with such excitement…information which was usually beyond my level of intelligence, though he had a way of translating it.

My sympathies to the family. I have been one of Nancy’s physicians for more than 10 years, and I had the honor getting to know Preston during many visits. I have so much respect for the way Preston supported and loved her. I will remember him as a loyal husband and son, and as a dignified gentleman.

Preston’s friendship with my parents had a very real, positive impact on the person I am today, and for that I am forever grateful. The memories I have of him with my parents are all of him smiling and laughing. My deepest sympathies to Nancy, Tory, and the family. I know he will be missed by many.

    Dearest Jeanie,

We are traveling and will not be able to be at his services this afternoon.
I send deepest sympathy and courage to you, Ian, Galen & Annie and the family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
    Love, Nancy

    To Jean,
I used to work with you at the VA. I just hate it that you lost your son as well to this terrible disease. May God comfort you in your mourning Jean.

I have known Preston for so many years, feel like we practically grew up together. And the world right now does not even feel the same because of his absence — but we remember his courage, honor, dedication, intelligence, wit, and humor. Each of us are a better person today for having known him — can there be any greater legacy left by any man?

My sincerest sympathy to Nancy and Tory and all of Preston’s family.

    Rest in peace, Preston.

Dear Jean, Tory, Galen, Annie and Ian.

It is with much sadness that I send my sympathy and condolences to you all. May God give you the courage to help you through this difficult time. Over several years Preston exhibited his courage, love and caring for both Nancy and your Mother. I also recognize how much you all contributed to their care and continue to do so for my sister, Jean.

My love and prayers are with you all.

    Uncle Graham.
