Willa Jo Shreve

Willa Jo (Wilson) Shreve, 48, passed away Fri., Aug. 3, 2012, at North Kansas City Hospital. Willa was born Nov. 17, 1963, in Kansas City, KS. She was co- owner Mama Boots Preschool, serving children for over 30 years. Willa is survived by her husband of 20 years, John, and her children Aubrey and John II, and her siblings Marilyn Edlund, John Gilman, Richard Wilson, and Paula Wilson. She is preceded in death by her sister Candy Meuschke. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church at 5601 W. 62nd St., Mission, KS 66202, on Thurs., Aug. 9, at 10 a.m. The family will greet friends on Wed., Aug. 8, from 6-8 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowersthe family requests contributions to the Humane Society of Kansas City or Trinity Lutheran Church, KCK Urban Ministries or youth program.
