Willa ?Juanita? Thomas, 86, KC, MO formally of St. Joseph, MO passed away May 30, 2005. A memorial service will be held from 2-4 PM, Saturday, June 4, 2005 at The Groves, 1515 W. White Oak, Independence, MO. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Juanita was born May 13, 1919 in Grand Island, NE. The family lived in Avenue City, MO and she worked for the school for many years. Survivors include: husband of 68 years, Robert Thomas; daughter & son in law, Marian & John Miller, Brookfield, CT; daughter, Katie Sharp Tracy, KC, MO; sister, Mildred Forster, Ft.
