William C. Shadwell, 67, passed away January 24, 2008, at Carondelet Manor. He was a lifetime resident of Kansas City, Mo. Those left to treasure his memories include his brother, Donald "Sunny" Shadwell; sister, Carol Speer; sisters and brothers in law, Darlene and Merle King, and Barbara and Jerry Louis; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Bill never met a stranger and touched many lives. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community of the Good Shepherd, 10101 James A. Reed Road, Kansas City, MO 64134. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
I am just now seeing this as I was looking for my high school friend, Darlene.
I’m saddened to hear that Sonny had passed… May he rest in peace in the arms
of our Savior, Jesus.
