William Bradley “Brad” Pence

W. Brad Pence 40, passed away peacefully at home on October 11, 2019 surrounded by loved ones. Born January 18, 1979 in Kansas City and raised in Raytown, Mo. Brad was known by many. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Heartland, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Mo 64133. Visitation 10-12, services at 12. Burial to follow at Brooking Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Nicole, parents Russell (Rhoda) Pence, Laura (Jeff) Morgan, grandmother Peggy, brothers Rusty(Hannah), Alex(Faith) and Austin(Kristi), sisters Melissa(Bo), Sarah(Bryan) and Samantha(Jeremy), children Kendall(Antwine), Conner and Korbin, grandchild Athena, and bonus children Christopher(Anaezha), Nicholas and Lucas, nephews Drake, Drew, Dylan, Brennan, Joe, Hudson, Nolan, Paxton, nieces Taylor(Nick), Lilly, Brooklyn and Bradlee, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great nieces and friends who have become family over the years. Brad’s love for family was always a priority. His passion for motorcycles cannot be explained. On August 21, 2018 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and above all odds did beat the cancer yet lost his life to organ failure. His memory will be carried on by those who loved him through daily activities. “Don’t cry for me this is not the end, I’ll be waiting right here when we meet again”.     Brad will be missed by so many. Our hearts and love go out to everyone who feels the pain and loss to this horrible disease. To have Brad as a friend was to really have a true friend for life. We will remember and love him and his wife/ children forever.

    So sorry to hear of his passing. I didnt get a chance to hang around brad much the last 20 or so years. My memories of brad are when we all used to ride bikes around the old neighborhood. He was a good guy my deepest condolences to his friends and family.
