William Harrison Nixon, III

William Harrison Nixon, III, 50, of Kingsville, Missouri formerly Raytown, Missouri passed away March 15, 2021 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center, Missouri. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Mark & Michelle’s home, 25104 S Blinker Light Rd. Harrisonville, MO.  

William was born on February 25, 1971 in Kansas City, MO. He enjoyed fishing, the great outdoors, NASCAR, and drag racing. William loved spending time with his family and friends. He had such a fun-loving free spirit, always having a good time. 

He was preceded in death by: mother, Diane S Nixon; father, William H Nixon, II; grandparents, Leota “Meme” Nixon, William Nixon, Molly Meador, and Homer Meador; and step-grandmother, Dorthy Nixon.

Survivors include: Barbara Nunez of the home; sister, Michelle Noel (Nixon) Potter; brother-in-law, Mark Potter; sister, Tanya Evans; two nieces, Bethany R. (Rob) Hilton and Alisha N. (Christian) Ewing; nephew, Cory J. (Aleksandra) Etter; great-nieces and nephews: Ava, William, Alexandria, Melanie, Vera, Hazel, Samuel, Oliver and Axl; and his two dogs, Tubby and Trouble.

    Much Love ?? and Respect . We all grew up ? together. Even though his battles in life plagued him his heart was golden!!!!!! RIP Billy The Kid Always you’re pal and those late night 3:00 o’clock in the morning calls asking me what are you doing !??? Bahahahah sleeping I’d reply and then he’d proceed to talk . Makes me chuckle And remember his full of life character.

    My dearest friend Bill, I’m really gonna miss you, you really helped me out thru one of the hardest times in my life u listened to me you gave me some advice and u were such a great friend. I’ve known u almost my whole life about 40yrs I believe I’m sorry we didn’t get a chance to hang out before u left I wish we could have hung out longer when u came by a few months back…I love you my friend and till we meet again fly hi with the angels keep an eye on your sis and family they miss you…I love you ….

    Bill, you will be missed by many. I remember back to when you were just a “tot” following your big sister Michelle around as she was asking MeMe for the keys to the car so your dad could take us all out to good old McDonalds. Then you grew into a teen and became your man. You will certainly be missed by so many. God Bless You. Until we meet again, Pal 😉

    You were a good friend. No matter what happened in life I could always count on you to make me smile. If it weren’t for meeting you who knows what kind of trouble I would have gotten into. I will never forget you and hopefully we will see each other again one day. Love u Bill! The world has lost a great person who did so much to make a saddened heart happy again.
