William J. Mackelvey, 65, of Kansas City, MO passed away July 2, 2010 at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. He was born April 6, 1945 in California to John and Eileen Van Kamp. William will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Cremation will take place; services have not been planned at this time.
