William Patrick Osbourne, 43, Kansas City, MO passed away September 1, 2013 at the Kansas City Hospice House in KCMO. William was born June 18, 1970 in Mt. Pleasant Township, MO to Daniel Osbourne and Catherine (Schmill) Spillman. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and host of friends. A private family service will be held at a later date.
