Gilbert F Heckel, 90 of Columbia died peacefully, August 7, 2016. A small, private family memorial was held August 11th. He is survived by his wife Amelia, daughter Joanne and sons William and Gilbert Jr. He also left behind his grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, Theresa, Melanie, Brianna and Abigail as well as seven great grandchildren.
