William Randy Updegraff, 55, of Jefferson City, MO passed away Monday, Dec. 17, 2012 at St. Mary’s Health Center.  William was born in Jefferson City on April 10, 1957 to William and Virginia (Sanders) Updegraff.  He worked the majority of his life in the construction industry.
