Harley Samuels, 70, of Columbia, passed away, Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Parkside Manor in Columbia. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Parkade Baptist Church, 2102 N. Garth Ave., Columbia, MO 65202. Samuels and Maxine Foster Samuels, Harley graduated from Hickman High School and was an alumnus of Webster University where he studied history.
